We’ve found the right cross-training component for the adventurer in you! The wildly popular TRX Suspension Training uses adjustable straps for a versatile and challenging complete body workout. There are hundreds of targeted exercises and it’s adjustable for any fitness level. Muscles work together in groups to safely build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability in a more efficient manner. Resistance can be adjusted from 5 percent to 100 percent of body weight by changing the incline of your body.
