Join us for a 60 minute gentle yoga flow, suitable for all levels and abilities. In class, we will focus on stretching, strengthening, and improving balance at a slower pace. There will be space for modifications and an emphasis on relaxation and stress reduction.

Gentle Yoga is geared specifically for those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. All levels, including beginners, are welcome. Yoga Mats, Blocks, and Bolsters are available for use.
