Passages Welcomes A New Class
More than 100 face-to-face interviews with highly motivated folks seeking a promotion or position on the Passages Staff has yielded more than 40 new hires. Thankfully, the vast majority of last year's Staff will be returning too!
Although all Passages Staff participate in 35 hours of pre-season Training as well as CPR / 1st Aid Training, this year we hosted our first New Employee Orientation for our new hires.
45 new Staff and 40 Parents participated in an evening of learning good stuff, doing fun stuff, setting high expectations and getting to know one another.
There was even a grape-juice toast with the Parents to celebrate the beginning of "long-term gainful employment". We also gave thanks for allowing Passages to be a part of the village that produced such amazing young adults.
