SUMMIT LEADERSHIP CAMP

This year Passages is excited to announce we have created a Leadership Program for our 14-15 year olds who have passed Level 4 in our Rock & River program or participated in our Fat Tire mountain biking program. This camp will be offered for 1 session in summer 2024. This camp will introduce future staff to all areas of our programming while building leadership, communication & adaptation skills essential for our team members. The cost includes gear, snacks, and drinks. Come join us this summer, you’ll be glad you did.

You will learn leadership skills while kayaking, rock climbing, zip-lining, and getting on our high ropes course.

Passages Leadership Camp Master Program How it Works:

What is it?

The leadership camp was recently created for our 14-15 year olds who are considering applying for a staff position when they are 16 years old on staff! This will expose potential staff to the fun things we do at camp! Our staff will also teach leadership aspects that exist within camp.

How does it work?

The leadership program curriculum was created by our staff. We asked them to highlight the most important aspects of camp that a future staff should know.

Just so you know

  • We strongly encourage all campers to participate in the activities we offer in this program, and we believe in challenge by choice.

  • This program is designed to set a high expectation for our future staff.

  • Attending this program is not required nor is it meant to put any future staff ahead of others but rather provide tools for you to begin to implement in order to be the best staff possible when you start to work!

  • If you have any questions or comments, we would love to hear from you. 804-897-8283 x 310.
